An Attitude of Gratitude

The stores are decked out for the holidays and we’re all busy preparing our homes for the holidays. For us, it’s a time to think about all the things we’re thankful for – and to try to keep those things in mind as we deal with all the added stresses and expectations that accompany this time of year. One of the things we’re thankful for is all of the people who have trusted us to improve their smiles this past year. Just thinking about all those smiles gracing all the holiday pictures people will be snapping soon makes us smile.

This coming week, as you give thanks, shop Black Friday deals, shop online instead of working on Cyber Monday and, hopefully, remember to give to the charity of your choice on Giving Tuesday, we hope you’ll face it all with an attitude of gratitude.

Several scientific studies have shown that writing down and considering all the things we’re grateful for has a big impact on our lives. You can check out a great article about that HERE. The article is from 2010, but it’s still relevant today.

If we were to sit down for a Thanksgiving meal with our family of patients that would be one gigantic table. Since we can’t do that, we still want you to know we’ll be thinking of you when we’re giving thanks this year.
